摘  要:为满足汽车传感技术实践教学的要求,设计了一种新的发动机冷却液温度传感器测控平台。该平台主要包括DSP系统板、温度传感器、温度工况模拟装置、水温仪表、上位机及外围电路。介绍分析了装置选型和硬件设计过程,阐述了温度传感器标定及系统测控流程。测试结果表明,温度传感器信号测量准确可靠,模拟温度工况控制快速平稳。该实验台为试验者进行温度传感器参数测量与标定、仪表技术研究等提供了良好的实践平台。To meet the requirements of practical teaching for automotive sensing technology, the novel measurement and control platform of the temperature sensor for engine coolant has been designed. The platform mainly consists of DSP systematic board, temperature sensor, simulation device of temperature, water temperature gauge, host computer and peripheral circuit. The model selection for the devices is introduced, the hardware design procedures are analysed, and the flowcharts of calibration of temperature sensor and measurement and control of system are described. The test results show that the measurement of temperature sensor signal is accurate and reliable ; the simulation condition control for temperature is fast and steady. The experimental bench is a good practical platform for experimenters to work on parameter measurement and calibration of temperature sensor, and provides excellent practical platform for instrument technologies researching.
