饲料中中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维不同测定方法的比较

摘　　要：探讨不同测定方法对饲料中酸性洗涤纤维和中性洗涤纤维测定的影响。分别用花生蔓、玉米秸秆、豆粕和玉米饲料做为粗饲料、蛋白质饲料和能量饲料的代表,样品粉碎过18目筛。采用国标测定法以及纤维袋、300目尼龙袋和400目尼龙袋3种滤袋对饲料中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的含量进行测定。同时对于酸性洗涤纤维的测定分别采用连续测定和不连续测定两种方法进行测定。结果表明:300目尼龙袋测定花生蔓和玉米秸秆的中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的结果均接近用国标法测的结果;纤维袋连续测定法测玉米和豆粕的酸性洗涤纤维的结果接近国标法测的结果;用3种滤袋法测玉米和豆粕中性洗涤纤维的结果与国标法的结果差异均显著。不连续测定法测的酸性洗涤纤维所得结果比连续测定法测的结果高。The influence of different methods on determining neutral detergent fiber（NDF） and acid detergent fiber （ADF） content in feed was discussed.With peanut vine,corn stalk,soybean meal and corn feed as the representative crude feed,protein feed and energy feed,the samples were ground through a 18 mesh sieve.NDF and ADF content were determined by GB method with fiber bag,300 mesh nylon bag and 400 mesh nylon bag.ADF was determined by continuous and discontinuous methods.The results showed that：NDF and ADF content in peanut vine and corn stalk determined by 300 mesh nylon bag were close to the results by national standard; the continuous determination of ADF content in corn and soybean meal with fiber bag was close to that by national standard; the determination results of NDF in corn and soybean meal with 3 kinds of bag were significantly different from that by national standard; the determination of ADF measured by discontinuous washing method was significantly higher than that measured by continuous washing method.
