摘 要:目的:建立蒲地兰颗粒的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对黄芩进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC法对黄芩中的黄芩苷进行含量测定。色谱柱为Thermo C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(47∶53),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为280 nm。柱温为室温。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。黄芩苷在0.076~7.6μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.5%,RSD=0.71%(n=6)。结论:本研究建立的TLC和HPLC方法操作简便,结果准确,重复性好,专属性强,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective:To establish the method for quality control of PuDiLan granules. Methods: HuangQin (Scutellaria baicalensis) was identified qualitatively by TCL, the contents of baicalin in HuangQin were determined by HPLC. Chromatographic column:Thermo C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm), mobile phase:methanol-0.2%phosphoric acid solution (47:53), flow rate was 1.0mL/min, detection wavelength:280nm, room temperature. Results:The spots of TLC were distinguished and clear. Baicalin showed better linear relationship in the range between 0.076 and 7.6μg (r=0.9999), average recovery was 99.5%, RSD=0.71%(n=6). Conclusion:TLC and HPLC method established in the study, simple, accurate, reproducible and specific, could be used to quality control of the preparation.
