摘　　要：王自立主任医师在临床中常用栀子豉汤、温胆汤、龙胆泻肝汤治疗不寐证,通过同病异治的辨析能力,随症施治且灵活加减用药,体现了中医治病必求于本的辨证论治的实质精神。Chief physician Wang Zili usually treats insomnia with ZhiZiChi Tang, WenDang Tang or LongDan XieGan Tang in clinic, he treats the patients and modies the prescriptions according to his differentiation of different therapies for the same disease, which presents the nature of TCM treatment should start from the root for the disease.
