甘肃省省直保健干部血尿酸水平变化趋势及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:调查兰州市地级干部血尿酸水平变化趋势及其主要危险因素,为实施健康干预提供依据。方法:对2004—2008年体检的3 000余名省直地级干部,根据不同年龄、性别进行分层。调查其5年的血尿酸水平变化趋势,并分析影响血尿酸水平变化的相关因素。结果:男女体检人群5年来血尿酸水平均有下降趋势,而女性80岁体检人群尿酸水平最高,且随年龄增长尿酸水平有增高趋势。血糖、收缩压、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白与男性尿酸水平变化相关;而年龄、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白与女性尿酸变化有一定的相关性。结论:5年来兰州市地级干部血尿酸水平变化呈下降趋势,并且男性高于女性。血糖、收缩压、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白是影响血尿酸水平的危险因素,尤其以80岁以上女性最为显著,应作为重点干预对象。Objective：To provide evidence for implementing health education by investigating the changes of serum uric acid （UA） of the cadres in Lanzhou and its risk factors. Methods：More than 3 000 cadres for physical examination from 2004 to 2008 were grouped according to the age and gender. The changes of UA in recent five years were surveyed, and the factors influencing on the level of UA were analyzed. Results： The levels of UA in male and female were decreased, while the female patients at the age of 80 years were with the highest level of UA, and the levels were increased when the patients became older. Blood glucose, systolic pressure, triglyceride, total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein （HDL） were associated to the levels of UA in male patients; while age, triglyceride and HDL were related to the changes of UA in female patients. Conclusion： In recent five years, the levels of serum UA in the cadres of Lanzhou show a downward trend, and male is higher than female in UA levels. The risk factors influencing on the level of UA are blood glucose, systolic pressure, triglyceride, total cholesterol and HDL, especially the female patients above 80 years old and they should be taken as important intervention subjects.
