龙胆泻肝汤加味联合藏药十八味欧曲膏治疗湿疹90例

摘　　要：目的:观察龙胆泻肝汤加味联合藏药十八味欧曲膏治疗湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将158例患者随机分为2组,治疗组90例给予龙胆泻肝汤加味口服(2次/d)联合藏药十八味欧曲膏外涂(1次/d)治疗;对照组68例给予龙胆泻肝汤加味(2次/d)联合氯雷他定片(2次/d)口服治疗,连续治疗10天后评价临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为98.9%,对照组为88.2%,治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者用药期间均未出现特殊不适。结论:龙胆泻肝汤加味联合藏药十八味欧曲膏治疗湿疹疗效满意。Objective： To survey clinical effects of modified LongDan XieGan Tang and Tibetan medicine ShiBaWei OuQu ointment in treating eczema. Methods： Altogether 158 patients were divided to the treatment group and the control group, 90 cases of the treatment group took modified LongDan XieGan Tang （twice per day） and Ti- betan medicine ShiBaWei OuQu ointment for external use （once per day）; 68 cases of the control group accepted modified LongDan XieGanTang （twice per day） and ioratadine tablets （twice per day）, clinical effects were judged af- ter treating for ten consecutive days. Results： Total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.9%, superior to 88.2% of the control group, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. There was no special discom- forts in the course of the treatment. Conclusion： Modified LongDan XieGan Tang and Tibetan medicine ShiBaWei OuQu ointment could obtain satisfactory effects in treating eczema.
