舒血宁治疗心肌炎60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察舒血宁注射液联合西药常规治疗病毒性心肌炎(viralmyocarditis,VMC)的临床疗效。方法:将80例VMC患者随机分为观察组、对照组各40例。对照组治疗方法:肌苷200 mg、ATP 20 mg、辅酶A100 U、维生素B6300 mg、维生素C 300 mg,加入250 mL5%葡萄糖注射液中静脉滴注,合并心衰者同时给予小剂量强心苷,1次/d。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上将舒血宁注射液10 mL加入250 mL5%葡萄糖注射液中静脉滴注,1次/d,连续4周,之后改为口服,80 mg/次,3次/d。2组均连续治疗4周。结果:治愈率观察组为77.50%,对照组为52.50%,2组相比差异显著(P<0.05);总有效率观察组为95.00%,对照组为82.50%,2组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。2组左室射血分数、心博出量治疗后均明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:舒血宁注射液联合西药常规治疗VMC患者临床疗效显著。Objective：To investigate therapeutic effects of ShuXueNing injection and western medicine in the treatement for viralmyocarditis （VMC）. Methods：All 80 patients were separated into the observation group and the control group. The control group were administered with intravenous injection of inosine 200mg, ATP 20mg, coen-zyme A100U, vitamin B6 300 mg, vitamin C 300 mg and 250mL 5%glucose injection, the patients complicated with heart failure were given with small dose of cardiac glycoside, once per day. On the foundation of the therapy given to the control group, the observation group received intravenous injection of ShuXueNing injection, 10mL, and 250mL 5% glucose injection, once per day, for four consecutive weeks, and changed to take the drugs, 80mg each time, three times per day. Both groups were treated for four consecutive weeks. Results：Cure rate of the observation group was 77.50%, higher than 52.50%of the control group with notable difference（P〈0.05）;total effective rate of the ob-servation group was 95.00%, superior to 82.50%of the control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Left ven-tricular ejection fraction and cardiac output of both groups were improved remarkably（P〈0.05）, the improvement of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：ShuXueNing injection and western medicine are effective in the treatement for VMC and it could improve myocardial enzymes.
