摘  要:在借鉴众多测定生物反应器容积氧传质系数KLa方法的基础上,将KLa测定步骤分为制备无氧体系和溶解氧测定两部分,并提出了改进的亚硫酸盐氧化法。通过不同的方法组合得出4种测定KLa的方法。利用不同的测定方法测定了300 L自吸罐在不同条件下的KLa值,分析了不同测定方法对测定结果的影响及其优缺点。结果表明:光纤氧传感器-氮气排空法测定准确度较高、速度快、使用方便,改进的亚硫酸盐氧化法测定准确性较高,可减少实验成本。According to many kinds of methods to measure the volumetric mass transfer coefficients KLa of bioreactor, the procedure of measuring volumetric mass transfer coefficients was separated into two parts, i. e. preparing anaerobic system and measuring dissolved oxygen, and an improved sulfite oxidation method was proposed. Four methods were obtained from different parts to measure KLa of 300 L gas-inducing reactor in different conditions. The influence of different methods was analyzed. The results show that the method of optical isolated oxygen sensor-N2 exhausting is featured by higher accuracy, fast speed and ease of use. The improved sulfite oxidation method has a higher accuracy and can reduce the expense of experiment.
