摘  要:考察了工艺条件———反应温度、氢分压、体积空速、氢油体积比对减压蜡油加氢脱氮反应过程的影响,建立了相应的关联曲线和减压蜡油加氢脱氮宏观动力学模型,对动力学模型的影响因素进行关联和实验验证,模型计算值与实验值具有较好的吻合性,具有工业应用价值。The effect of process conditions, i.e. reaction temperature, hydrogen partial pressure, LHSV, volume ratio of H2 to Oil on the VGO hydrodenitrogenation was studied, and the nitrogen content of hydrotreated oil was also reflected based on the correlated curves which were established on the process conditions. Moreover, a macro kinetic model of VGO hydrodenitrogenation was set up and the kinetic model parameters were correlated and validated by experiments. The results show that this model holds the prediction accuracy for VGO hydrodenitrogenation.
