摘 要:为了降低炼铁成本,研究了配加高硫煤对铁水硫含量的影响,结果表明,在目前的硫负荷范围内,铁水硫含量与硫负荷大小没有直接关系,适当放宽炼焦煤种的含S量,有助于使用更经济的燃料。建议将高炉硫负荷提高到5 kg/t,生铁仍在一类铁水范围,配合铁水预处理,铁水质量不会影响转炉生产。The influence of adding high-sulfur on the content of sulfur in hot metal is studied in order to cut the cost of iron-making. The study results show that there is no direct relationship between the content of sulfur in hot metal and the amount of sulfur load in the range of sulfur load at present and it will be beneficial to use much more economic fuel if the content of sulfur in cok- ing coals is allowed to be in a wider range suitably. So it is suggested that hot metal can still be in the range of class 1 metal even if the sulfur load in BF is increased to 5 kg/t and also the steel- making by converter may not be disturbed with regard to the quality of hot metal providing that hot metal pretreatment is carried out.
