六流小方坯连铸中间包结构优化仿真

摘  要:以鞍钢六流小方坯T型中间包为对象设计了中间包结构优化方案,应用数值模拟方法研究不同方案的中间包钢液流动状态和温度场情况.模拟结果表明,中间包纵向侧壁钢液液面高度处内部宽度为463 mm时的优化效果最佳.结构优化后的中间包用于浇铸高碳钢,各流钢水出口最大温差降低了7℃,塞棒侵蚀减轻,单中包浇铸由12罐提高到17~18罐.Taking the T-shaped tundish of six-strand billet caster in Angang as the study object, the optimization scheme for the tundish structure is designed. The different conditions on liquid steel flow state and the temperature field in the tundish based on different schemes are studied by numerical simulation method. The simulation results show that the optimal optimization effect can be available when the inner width of the longitudinal side wall of the tundish in which the liquid steel is high enough is 463 ram. When the tundish whose structure is optimized is used for casting high carbon liquid steels the biggest temperature difference of liquid steels at tapping is reduced by 7 ℃, the erosion to the stopper is lightened and the capacity for each ladle for casting is improved from 12 ladles to 17 ladles or 18 ladles.
