摘　　要：目的分析比较Identifiler与Sinofiler 2种体系在单亲亲权鉴定中的应用价值。方法 Chelex-100法提取全血基因组,采用Identifiler和Sinofiler 2种体系对15个STR基因座进行检测,判定基因型,计算其父权指数(PI)值与累计父权指数(CPI)值,根据亲子鉴定判断标准判定结果。结果 Identifiler体系检测126例单亲亲权鉴定案例,其中75例CPI≥10 000,30例CPI<10 000,2例出现单基因座突变;19例排除亲权关系,排除位点均≥4;Sinofiler体系共检测114例单亲亲权鉴定案例,其中82例CPI≥10 000,12例CPI<10 000,1例出现单基因座突变;19例排除亲权关系,2例排除位点为3个,17例排除位点≥4。结论 2种体系单独应用于单亲亲权鉴定均存在局限性。Objective To study the application value of Identifiler and Sinofiler kits in duo paternity testing. Methods Chelex-100 method was used to extract the DNA for amplification and analysis with Identifiler or Sinofiler kit, paternity index （PI） and Cumulative paternity index （CPI） were calculated. Results 126 cases of duo paternity testing were performed by using Identifiler kit. CPI was 10 000 or more than 10 000 in 75 cases,and CPI was less than 10 000 in 30 cases,single locus mutation was founded in 2 cases,paternity was eliminated in 19 cases ,the number of STR locus was more than 4. At the same time,ll4 cases of duo paternity testing were performed by using Sinofiler kit. CPI was 10 000 or more than 10 000 in 82 ca-ses, and CPI was less than 10 000 in 12 cases, single locus mutation was founded in 1 case. Paternity was eliminated in 19 ca-ses,the number of STR locus was more than 4 in 17 cases and 3 in 2 cases. Conclusion There was some disadvantages when Identifiler or Sinofiler kit was applied alone in duo paternity testing.
