摘　　要：目的了解河北汉族人群Duffy血型系统抗原分布状况,建立河北汉族人群稀有血型抗原初步资料,解决抗-Fya等稀有血型抗体患者的用血问题。方法随机抽取无血缘关系的河北汉族健康人群血样5mL(EDTA抗凝),采用抗球蛋白检测卡法,按照说明书进行献血者Fya、Fyb抗原检测,对于检测出的Fya阴性标本,采用SSP法进一步确认抗原基因状况。结果在1 901份献血者标本中Fya+b+233例(12.26%),Fya+b-1 663例(87.48%),Fya-b+5例(0.26%),未检测出Fya-b-标本。Fya基因频率为0.936 1,Fyb基因频率为0.063 9。经Hardy-Weinberg平衡检验,观察值与预期值之间差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.123 2,P>0.05),河北汉族人群中Duffy血型系统抗原分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡。结论在河北汉族人群中Fya阴性表型分布很低,一旦患者产生抗-Fya,通过随机筛查试验找到相合的供者非常困难,严重时会危及到患者的生命,因此,实验室有必要建立Fya阴性献血者资料库,以便及时为患者提供合适的血液成分。Objective To investigate the distribution of Duffy blood type antigen in the Han nationality in Hebei and to accumulate the first-hand data of rare blood type antigen in Hebei Han population, in order to solve the blood type incompati-bility of patients who have rare blood type antibody such as anti-Fy^a. Methods Blood samples from unrelated blood donors were tested to detect the Fy^a , Fy^b antigen using the antiglobulin test card method according to the instruction. If Fy^a negative specimens were detected,the SSP method was adopted for further confirmation of the antigen gene. Results In 1901 speci-mens from blood donors 233 cases of Fy^a＋b＋ （ 12. 26% ）, 1 663 cases of Fy^a＋b- （87.48%） ,5 cases of Fy^a-b＋ （0. 26% ） were detected,and Fy^a-b- was undetected. The gene frequency of Dtfffy blood types were Fy^a = 0. 9361 ,Fy^b = 0. 0639. And that was in accordance with Hardy Weinberg equilibrium（X^2 = 1. 1232 ,P 〉 1. 1232 ）. Conclusion The frequency of Fy^a- phenotypic in Hebei Hart nationality is low and our results suggest that it is very necessary to establish a Fy^a negative blood donor database, since that random screening test is very difficult to find consistent donor for patients with anti-Fy^a antibody.
