2009-2012年北京市互助献血人群HIV感染状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解北京市无偿献血人群中互助献血人群的人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染情况,为无偿献血者的招募、健康征询提供事实依据。方法用2种不同生产厂家的HIV抗体ELISA试剂对无偿献血者捐献的血液标本做HIV抗体筛查,初筛阳性反应的血液标本送北京市艾滋病确认中心实验室进行免疫印迹法(WB)确证。WB阳性者判定为HIV感染者。结果互助献血人群HIV感染率平均为10万分之51.62(31/60 052),高于同期非互助献血的无偿献血人群的HIV感染率10万分之24.60(268/1 089 613);互助献血人群中HIV感染率由2010年的10万分之26.21(1/3 816)快速上升至2012年的61.99/10万(22/35 489)而同期非互助献血人群中HIV感染率由2010年的21.05/10万(63/299 304)上升至2012年的36.10/10万(86/238 212)。结论北京市互助献血人群中HIV感染人数急剧增加,应加强互助献血人群的管理。Objective To investigate the prevalence of human immunodeficiency virus （HIV） among reciprocal blood donors in Beijing,and to provide evidences for recruitment strategies on donors health consultation. Methods Blood samples of each blood donor were screened using two HIV ELISA kits from different manufacturers. HIV screening positive samples were sent to Beijing CDC for HIV/AIDS confirnlatory test using western blot （WB） method. Donors who had WB positive re-sults were defined as HIV infectors. Results The average HIV infection rate among reciprocal blood donors is 51. 62 per 100 000 （31/60 052）, which is higher than the average H IV infection rate of 24.6 per 100 000 （268/1 089 613 ） among voluntary blood donors during the same period. HIV infection rate among reciprocal blood donors rises rapidly from 26. 21 （ 1/3 816 ） in 2010 to 6 h 99 （22/35 489 ） per 100 000 in 2012,which is more rapid than that of in volutary blood donors from 21.05 per 100 000（63/299 304） in 2010 to 36. 10 （86/238 212） per 100 000in 2012. Conclusion A rapid increase of HIV infec-tion rate can be seen among reciprocal blood donors in Beijing. We should strengthen the management for recruitment of re-ciprocal blood donors.
