摘  要:目的血液制品生产企业对原料血浆从献浆者招募到投产全过程监控实施血源信息化管理,以实现对单采血浆站管控,确保血液制品安全。方法建立一套安全,高效,稳定和实用的,包含浆站和企业不同业务流程的血源管理系统。结果上海生物制品研究所有限责任公司血源信息化管理系统经过5年半的应用,历经近200万人次采浆运转,实现了从浆站的献浆者招募、血样初检、血浆采集、血浆贮存、厂家的血浆验收、血样复检、检疫期管理、直至血浆投产全过程的管控,确保了原料血浆的质量和血液制品的安全性。结论系统满足企业对原料血浆的管控,促进浆站与企业管理的提升,通过功能扩展,还有更广阔的发展前景。Objective Toimplement information management systems in bloodproducts enterprises,to monitor the whole process from plasmadonors recruitment to product manufacturing,thereby ensuringcontrol of plasma stationsand the safety of blood products. Methods A safe ,efficient, stable and practical source plasma management system was establishedto cover the various processes in plasma stations and manufacturers. Results Through its 5.5-year application to about 2 million per-son-times of plasma collection, the source plasma information system of Shanghai Institute of Biological Products Co. , Ltd. has achievedmanagemcnt and control of the whole process starting from plasma-donors recruitment at plasma stations, initial in-spection of blood samples, plasma collection, plasma storage, acceptance of plasma by manufacturers ,re-inspection of blood samples, quarantine period management, to product manufacturing. This information system ensures the quality of source plas-ma and the safety of blood products. Conclusion The information systems meet the needs of enterprises to manage and control source plasma, thereby enhancing the improvement of plasma stations and enterprises. With expansion of their func-tions, such systems are expected have broader prospects for development.
