摘 要:目的初步研究板桥党参多糖的抗肿瘤活性。方法 MTT法检测板桥党参多糖体外抗肿瘤活性。对S180荷瘤小鼠灌胃板桥党参多糖,观察肿瘤的生长抑制情况。以最大给药量法对小鼠进行灌胃给药测定板桥党参多糖的急性毒性。结果板党多糖对MCF-7细胞具有显著抑制增殖作用;荷瘤小鼠小、中、大剂量组肿瘤质量明显小于模型对照组(P<0.05),小鼠以最大剂量灌胃给药后全部存活。结论板党多糖具有抑制肿瘤生长的作用。Objective To investigate the antitumor activity of Polysaccharides from Codonopsi~ tan- gshen.Methods Detection of anti-tumor activity in vitro was based on MTT assay, and the analy- sis in vivo was based on $180 tumor-bearing mice fed on Polysaccharides from Codonops~ tang- shen. Acute toxicity was observed on mice with maximum dose. Results Polysaccharides from Codonopsi~ tangshen significantly inhibited the proliferation of MCF-7 cells, tumor mass from tumor-bearing mice with small, medium, large doses was significantly smaller than that of the model group (P〈0.05) .Acute toxicity test mice survived.Conclusion Polysaccharides from Codo- nopsis tangshen significantly inhibited tumor growth.
