摘　　要：某公司通过工艺实践,解决了LF炉在生产中存在的电极脱落、耐材寿命低的问题;优化了造渣精炼工艺,提高了滑动水口的开浇率和滑板的开浇次数。LF炉在铸钢件生产上的应用,提升了铸钢件的内在质量,为LF炉在中小型铸钢件的推广应用积累了经验。A company by the process of practice, the presence of LF in the production of electrodes off and refractory low life problems were solved. The slag refining process was optimized. The sliding gate＇s open casting rate and the number of open water slide improves. The applications of LF furnace in steel casting production can enhance the intrinsic quality of the steel castings for LF furnace in the promotion and application of small and medium steel castings. And the experience was accumulated.
