摘　　要：通过对铝合金铸件针孔原因的分析,并对阴雨潮湿季节铝合金针孔的防治难点进行了陈述。结合铝合金铸造经验,从原材料、生产过程、铸造工艺设计、先进工艺装备的应用等多个方面着手,为阴雨季节铝合金铸件针孔的防治提出了解决途径。实践证明,这些解决途径在实际生产过程中可发挥重要作用。Through the analysis on the causes for pinhole of aluminum alloy castings, the prevention and treatment of difficulty of the aluminum alloy pinhole in rainy wet season were introduced. Combined with the aluminum alloy casting experience, from raw material, production process, the cast technological design, the application of advanced technology and equipment and many other aspects, solutions were presented for the prevention of pinhole of aluminum alloy castings in the rainy season. The practice proves that these solutions can play an important role in the actual production process.
