节约型HPB300热轧盘条光圆钢筋的生产实践

摘　　要：对国内某钢厂高线控轧控冷工艺生产的节约型建材HPB300热轧盘条光圆钢筋情况进行了介绍,采用拉伸试验机、金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪,对钢的力学性能、显微组织、断口形貌及夹杂物进行了检验分析。结果表明:HPB300热轧盘条光圆钢筋力学性能优异,同卷盘条不同部位强度差小于20 MPa,通条性能稳定;钢筋显微组织细小且分布均匀,铁素体晶粒度达11.0级,具有优异的强韧性;钢筋拉伸断口呈韧性,夹杂物数量少、尺寸小,有利于钢材塑韧性的改善;钢中Mn、Si元素含量控制较低,成本优势明显。HPB300 hot-rolled round steel bar （ economy building material） producted by controlled rolling and controlled cooling process in high speed rolling production line of a steel plant in China was introduced. The mechanical properties, microstmcture, fracture morphology and inclusions of the steel were analyzed by using tensile testing machine, metallographic microscopy, scaning electron microcopy and spectrometer. The results show that the mechanical properties of HPB300 hot rolled plain coil are excellent, the strength difference of different parts of same volume bar coil is less than 20MPa, and mechanical performance of same volume bar coil is stable; the microstmcture of the steel bar is fine and uniform, ferrite grain size is up to the 11.0 grade, and strength and toughness is better; the tensile fracture of the steel bar is toughness, the number of inclusions is less and it＇s size is small, which is helpful to improve plasticity and toughness of steel; Mn and Si content controlled in steel is lower, and cost advantage is obvious.
