摘  要:根据阀体锻件的结构特点及材料特性,研究出了相应的阀体模锻成形工艺。经过合理预锻后,终锻成形解决了锻件特殊部位充不满的难题。经过此工艺生产的阀体锻件,边缘均匀,中部凸起饱满,未出现裂口、裂纹与起皱缺陷。按照工艺流程进行了多次试锻并优化模具结构,最后试制出合格的样件,并进行了小批量生产。According to the structural characteristics and the material properties of the valve body forgings, the corresponding valve body die forging forming technology was studied. After reasonable preforging, the problem of which special parts at forgings fully filled was solved in final forging. The valve forging produced by this process, the edge of the forging is uniform,the intermediate section of the forging is bulging and plump, and there is no crack, flaw and wrinkling. According to the technological process, repeated trial forgings were carried out and die structures were optimized. Finally qualified samples were trial-produced, and the small batch production was carried out.
