摘 要:分析了支架的冲压工艺性及冲压工艺方案,根据制件结构特点及特殊部位成形工艺要求,提出了9工位级进模的冲压工艺方案。重点阐述了排样设计、模具结构及设计技巧。生产结果表明,工艺方案合理,模具结构安全可靠。它保证了产品的形状和尺寸精度,对类似零件的成形工艺及模具结构设计有参考价值。The stamping process and scheme of bracket parts were analyzed. According to the structure characteristics of parts and forming process requirements of special places, the stamping process scheme of progressive die with 9 stations was put forward. The layout design, die structure and design skills were mainly elaborated. The production result shows that the process scheme is reasonable and the die structure is safe and reliable. It guarantees the shape and dimension precision of products,which has reference value to the forming process and die design of similar parts.
