摘  要:使用Deform-3D软件对某军用雷达连接块的温挤压成形工艺进行了模拟。综合考虑各项因素,提出了合理的模具设计方案,设计出挤压模具。将实验得到的完整的数据应用到实际生产中。结果表明,数值模拟对于实际生产有一定的指导意义,双层凹模的使用对于提高模具寿命和强度有积极作用。与传统的机加工成形方式相比,温挤压的锻件显著提高了材料利用率,同时提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。The forming process of warm extrusion of a military radar connecting block was simulated by Deform-3D software. Synthesizing all the factors, reasonable die design plan was presented. And the extruding die was designed. The complete data obtained from the experiment were applied to actual production. The results show that, numerical simulation has a certain guiding significance on the actual production. Using two layers of the concave die play a positive role in improving the die life and strength. Compared with traditional machining process, warm extrusion forging significantly improves the utilization ratio of material, at the same time, improves production efficiency and reduces production cost.
