摘　　要：目的探讨依折麦布联合舒洛地特对高龄冠心病患者血脂和TNF-α、IL-6水平的影响。方法 144例年龄≥80岁冠心病患者随机分为A(口服依折麦布10mg每日1次+舒洛地特250LSU每日2次,50例)、B(口服依折麦布10mg每日1次,48例)和C(口服瑞舒伐他汀20mg每日1次,46例)三组。在治疗前和治疗后第6、16周末分别检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)水平;在治疗前及治疗后第16周末测定血浆TNF-α和IL-6水平。结果与治疗前相比,三组治疗后血TC、LDL-C、TNF-α和IL-6水平均降低(P<0.05),A组治疗后TG水平降低(P<0.05),治疗后第16周末HDL-C水平升高(P<0.05)。治疗后第16周末,A、B组血清TC、LDL-C水平均低于C组(P<0.05)。结论依折麦布联合舒洛地特对高龄冠心病患者有着良好的降脂、抗炎作用。Objective To investigate the effects of ezetimibe combined with sulodexide on blood lipids,TNF-α and IL-6 in the elderly with coronary heart disease（CHD）. Methods A total of 144 CHD patients aged more than 80 years old was divided into 3 groups of A（given ezetimibe 10 mg per day plus sulodexide 250 LSU twice a day, 50 cases）, B（given ezetimibe 10 mg per day, 48 cases） and C （given rosuvastatin 20 mg per day, 46 cases）. Serum levels of total cholesterol（TC）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） and triglyceride（TG） were detected before, in the 6th and 16th week after treatment, and plasma levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were determined before and in the 16th week after treatment. Results Compared with before, the levels of TC, LDL-C, TNF-α and IL-6 were decreased after treatment in all groups （P〈0. 05）. Compared with before,TG level was decreased after treatment and HDL-C level was increased in the 16th week after treatment in group A（P〈0. 05）. Serum levels of TC and LDL-C were lower in groups of A and B than those in group C in the 16th week after treatment（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Ezetimibe combined with sulodexide has better hypolipidemic and anti-inflammatory effects in the elderly with CHD.
