城镇化推进下甘肃农村学生身体形态变化趋势环比分析

摘　　要：以近十年农村城镇化推进间两次甘肃省农村学生体质调研数据,环比分析了7~18岁的农村学生身体形态的变化趋势及问题。结果发现：学生身体形态有了长足的进步,体型由＂豆芽型＂向＂鸭梨型＂转变,男生肥胖趋势更加明显,小学阶段营养不良的趋势依旧延续。根据结果对身体形态现状进行了分析,深入探讨了学生身体形态变化的原因,提出了建立农村健康教育长效机制、完善体育立法与制度、加强政策干预力度、变革现行教育体制的对策。This paper sequentially analyzes the change trend and problems of student＇s physical quality research data of Gansu Province for two times during the boosting of rural urbanization in recent 10 years. It is found that body shape has gone through a great progress, turning from ＂type of bean sprout＂ to ＂pear type＂ ; obesity trend of male students becomes more obvious and malnutrition trend during primary school period remains more longer and physiological function has improved a lot but will go through a negative growth after entering middle school; the overall falling trend of physical fitness and the inflection point has turned up, but the endurance quality＇s downtrend has turned more obvious than that of 2002. We have conducted an analysis on health status according to the survey result and probed deeply into the reason of physical change of the students, at the same time put forward the policy of building a long-acting mechanism of rural health education, completing sports legislation and system, enhancing policy invention and transforming current education system.
