在读硕士研究生开展太极拳运动的可行性研究——以吉首大学为例

摘　　要：以吉首大学为例,采用文献资料调研法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、专家访谈法对吉首大学在读硕士研究生中开展太极拳运动的认知态度、可行性和必要性进行研究,认为在研究生中推广太极拳运动,不仅可以推动和普及这项民族传统体育运动发展,丰富校园文化,提高研究生的文化修养和身心健康水平,而且起到保护和锻炼人才,弘扬中国民族文化的作用。并在此基础上提出相应的举措,为深化硕士研究生体育改革提供理论依据。In this paper, for example of Jishou University, using literature survey, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, expert interviews of Jishou University fulltime postgraduate to carry out the possibility of shadowboxing conduct research that graduate students in the promotion of shadowboxing not only to promote and popularize the traditional national sports development, enrich the campus culture, raising the cultural level of postgraduate training and physical and mental health, and protect and exercise professionals, promote the role of Chinese culture. And on this basis propose appropriate Initiatives to deepen the reform of graduate st^orts provide a theoretical basis.
