2013年广州市2例新生儿B群流行性脑脊髓膜炎病例的流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的对广州市2例B群流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)新生儿病例进行诊断并分析可能的传染源,为流脑预防控制提供依据。方法采用现场流行病学、血清学调查方法对流脑病例进行调查分析。结果 2例病例均因发热等症状入院,经抗生素治疗病情好转。病例的血标本及其密切接触者咽试子标本均分离到B群流脑菌株,该菌株对美罗培南、头孢西丁、头孢噻肟等敏感。结论本市近年来首次出现2例未满月婴幼儿感染B群流脑菌的病例,应加强流脑,尤其是B群流脑菌株病原学监测。Objective To analyze the character of two serogroup B epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis cases in Guangzhou during 2013. Method Field epidemiology and serological investigation were performed. Results B Neisseria meningitidis was detected in a throat swab sample of close contact people and the patient＇s blood samples.The bacteria were sensitive to chloromycetin, meropenem,cefotaxime, etc. Conclusion This is the first two cases that less than a month infants infected with serogroup B Neisseria meningitidis in recent years in Guangzhou, which suggests that we need to strengthen meningitis pathogen monitoring.
