摘 要:针对目前深水钻井井喷失控抢险方法及装置极其缺乏,井喷失控后带来重大经济损失和环境污染等问题,通过对深水钻井井喷失控抢险过程中的固体力学和流体力学特征分析,提出了一种新型深水钻井井喷失控海底抢险装置概念设计,并以墨西哥湾"深水地平线"钻井平台爆炸井喷事故为例,验证了所设计的深水钻井井喷失控海底抢险装置的科学性和可行性,在此基础上制定了多种抢险方案。本文成果对深水钻井井喷抢险装置的研发及抢险方案的制定有一定参考价值。Presently, rescue equipment for uncon- trolled blowout in deep water drilling is very rare and it could result in major economic loss and envi- ronmental pollution when an uncontrolled blowout happens. The conceptual design of a new type of rescue equipment has been put forward for uneontrolled blowout during deep water drilling, through analyzing the characteristics of solid mechanics and fluid mechanics during the rescue operations. Taking the explosion and blowout of "Deepwater Horizon" in the Gulf of Mexico as example, the design of the new rescue equipment is verified to be scientific and feasible, based on which several emergency proce- dures have been made. The study has a certain refer- ence value for research and development of rescue e- quipment and preparation of emergency procedures for blowout in deep water drilling.
