摘  要:目的 建立不同严重程度的心力衰竭动物模型。方法  35只犬随机分为 5组 ,分别接受假手术、快速右心室起搏 1周、2周、3周和 4周 ,通过动物心衰症状的轻重和血液动力学指标评价心力衰竭的严重程度 ,RIA法测定血浆内皮素浓度。结果 随着起搏时间的延长 ,动物逐渐出现相应的症状 ,血液动力学参数显示心力衰竭严重程度逐步增加 ,血浆内皮素浓度逐渐上升并与心力衰竭严重程度明显相关。结论 快速起搏致充血性心力衰竭犬模型在病程上具有可控性的优点 ,是一种较为理想的研究充血性心力衰竭的实验模型。Objective To establish a controllable canine congestive heart failure model. Methods Thirty-five dogs were divided randomly into 5 groups, namely control group, CHF1 group, CHF2 group, CHF3 group and CHF4 group. The control group received sham operation, while the CHF1, CHF2, CHF3 and CHF4 group received rapid right ventricular pacing at the rate of 240 beats per minute with the duration of 1 week, 2 week, 3 weeks and 4 weeks. Clinical symptoms and hemodynamic parameters were used to evaluate the severity of heart failure. The concentration of endothelin-1 was detected by means of RIA. Results As pacing prolonged, the dogs showed variant symptoms and the hemodynamic parameters implied that the severity of heart failure increased progressively. The concentration of plasma endothelin-1 elevated significantly and there was a correlation between the endothelin level and the severity of herat failure. Conclusion The congestive heart failure model induced by rapid ventricular pacing has the advantage of controllability and is a useful animal model for clinical research of heart failure.
