农产品数量安全监测预警发展探析

摘　　要：发达国家凭借信息化先发优势,建立了比较完善的农产品安全监测预警体系。国内针对粮食、肉类、果蔬等主要农产品建立了一系列预警模型并得到初步应用。目前面临的主要问题是难以形成完整的信息流、数据获取和分析处理手段还比较落后。构建了面向大数据环境的农产品安全监测预警体系框架,并提出应该关注的重点。The developed countries set up more perfect early warning system to monitor the safety of agricultural products, due to the advantages of informatization technology. Early warning models of main agricultural products of grain, meat, vegetables and fruits have been established, and have obtained preliminary application. The main problems faced at present are lack of a complete information flow, backward data acquisition and analysis processing method. The authors tried to set up the early warning framework for monitoring the safety of agricultural products under large data environment and put forward some emphases.
