摘 要:在动量、能量、质量传递和化学反应的基础上,采用反求的方法,建立了窑外分解窑系统的反求数学模型,利用现有易测参数,反求计算出其它难以直接测量的数据,并与相应厂家的实际生产记录比较,结果吻合很好。实践证明,该方法是消化、吸收引进工厂设计指导思想的有效工具,同时还可补充现有引进厂尚缺少的某些控制监视画面,有利于实际生产过程的操作、控制与管理。The designing principle of precalcining kiln system by using back calculation method is studied. Bascd on the principles of momentum, energy and mass transfer and principles of chemical kinetics, mathematical model of back calculation for the process of cement plant is proposed. The parameters measured by the plant are used to evaluate parameters which are difficult to measure on line. Comparing with actual plant data, results obtained from back calculation are satisfactory. It is shown of that back calculation is a useful tool for better understanding of the design concept imported plant,and certain lacking drawings for monitoring can thus be supplemented. Mathematical model of back calculation after modification can be used for operation, control and management in production.
