摘  要:试验采用3种菌渣作沼气发酵的原料,以纯小麦秸秆做为对照,比较4种原料的产气量及沼气中的甲烷含量。结果表明:小麦秸秆、稻草及棉籽壳3种菌渣均可发酵产沼气,但产气量比较低,干物质产气率远小于栽培食用菌之前的纯秸秆。棉籽壳菌渣的干物质产气率约是小麦秸秆菌渣的2倍,稻草菌渣的产气率介于二者之间。3种菌渣所产沼气中的甲烷含量也略有差异,其大小顺序为:棉籽壳菌渣>小麦秸秆菌渣>稻草菌渣。在农业生产上应首选棉籽壳菌渣作为沼气发酵原料。The experiments adopted three kinds of mushroom cultivation residue as biogas fermentation materials, and pure wheat straw as a contrast for comparing their biogas production and methane content. The results showed that the tested 3 kinds of mushroom cultivation residue of cotton seed hulls, wheat straw and rice straw could be fermented to produce biogas but with low biogas production comparing with the pure wheat straw without used for mushroom cultivation. The gas yield of mushroom cultivation residue of cotton seed hulls was about two times that of wheat straw mushroom residue, and the gas yield of rice straw mushroom residue was between them. The methane content of biogas of the three kinds of mushroom resi- due was also slightly different with the order: cotton seed hull mushroom residue 〉 wheat straw mushroom residue 〉 rice straw mushroom residue. So, the cotton seed hull is a better material for mushroom cultivation and afterwards for biogas production.
