摘　　要：目的研究L型钙通道β2亚基在心房颤动中的表达变化。方法收集42例行风湿性心脏病瓣膜置换术患者右心房组织作为标本,其中慢性心房颤动患者22例,窦性心律患者20例,分别作为慢性心房颤动组和窦性心律组。应用实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)检测L型钙通道β2亚基的mRNA表达,以及用Western Blot方法检测L型钙通道β2亚基的蛋白表达。结果与窦性心律组比较,慢性心房颤动组中L型钙通道β2亚基在mRNA及蛋白水平的表达则均较窦性心律组显著上调(P<0.05)。结论慢性心房颤动组心房组织中L型钙通道β2亚基的表达上调,从而影响心房颤动的发生和维持。Objective To investigate Changes of the expression of L-type calcium channel β2 subunit（CACNB2） in atrial fibrillation （AF）. Methods The right atrial tissue was collected from Rheumatic heart valve replacement patients, and the number of the patient were 22 for Chronic AF, 20 for normal Sinus rhythm（NSR）. Respectively, Real-time quantative PCR（qRT-PCR）was used to examine the expression of mRNA of CACNB2, and Western Blot was used to examine the expression of protein of CACNB2. Results Compared with NSR group, the expression of mRNA and protein of CACNB2 were significantly up-regulated （P〈0.05） in AF group. Conclusion The occurrence of AF may associate with changes of theexpression of CACNB2 which plays an important role in atrial fibrillation.
