小儿手足口病心肌酶谱和肌钙蛋白检测临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨手足口病患儿的心肌酶谱和肌钙蛋白水平的变化,并分析其临床意义。方法采用全自动生化分析仪检测85例手足口病患儿血清α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH);采用全自动化学发光免疫分析仪检测肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)水平,并与55例健康儿童检测结果进行对照分析。结果手足口病组患儿血清α-HBDH、CK、CK-MB、LDH及cTnI水平均高于正常组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心肌酶谱和肌钙蛋白水平的检测可以较好的判断手足口病患儿的情况,并为临床治疗提供依据。Objective To explore the change and the diagnosis value of detection of serum myocardial enzyme and cardiac troponin in children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods Using automatic biochemical analyzer to detection of serumα-hydroxybutyric dehydrogenase, creatine kinase, creatine phosphokinase-MB, lactate dehydrogenase and using automatic chemiluminescence immune analyzer to detection cardiac troponin in 85 case children with hand-foot-mouth disease, and to test with 55 cases of healthy children. Results HFMD group serum α-HBDH, CK, CK-MB, LDH and cTnI levels were higher than normal, and had a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Detection of myocardial enzymes and troponin levels can better judge HFMD child＆#39;s situation and provide the basis for clinical treatment.
