摘 要:针对当前对架桥机动力特性研究不够深入、对架桥机安全性影响研究不够系统的问题,以SLJ900流动式架桥机为研究对象,通过采用数值仿真的方法进行动力特性分析。分析表明,利用阵型和频率能够准确、快速的分析其对结构的影响,并能较好的判断结构振动的不稳定因素,从避免共振的角度提出了起重机部件参数的选取原则。参数影响规律表明,架桥机的动力分析应结合实际作业工况对结构参数的影响综合考虑,以判断结构振动的不稳定因素,从避免共振的角度确定起重机部件参数以提高结构的安全可靠性。Considering the fact that the current study of the dynamic characteristics of the bridge erector is not sufficiently deep, and the study of safety of the bridge erector is not sufficiently systematic,with type-SLJ900 bridge erector as the object of our research, the dynamic characteristics of the bridge erector is analyzed by means of the numerical simulation method in the paper. The analysis shows that the vibration modes and vibration frequency can quickly and accurately help analyze the effects on the structure, with the instability factors of the structural vibration properly judged. The principles in the choice of the parameters for the components of the crane are put forward from the angle of avoiding resonance. The parameter-affecting law shows that the dynamic analysis of the bridge erector has to take comprehensive consideration of the effects of practical construction conditions on the structural parameters in judging the instability factors of the structural vibration, and the parameters of the components of the crane have to be determined from the angle of avoiding resonance so as to improve the safety and reliability of the structure.
