摘 要:基于主成分分析法,对天津地区团泊洼水库和七里海沼泽水质进行分析与评价。结果表明,两块湿地水质都为Ⅳ类,营养水平较高,水质较差。运用硅藻指标组合变化对水体营养状态的指示作用,分析团泊洼水库水体的富营养状态,结果显示,团泊洼水库水体中的硅藻主要是Cyclotella distinguenda(占39.51%)和Synedra nana(占30.07%);其中,Cyclotella distinguenda适宜生存在盐离子浓度较高的环境中,Synedra nana数量较多说明团泊洼水体的透明度较好;指示富营养化的两个物种Cyclotella atomus和Cyclotella meneghiniana,在团泊洼水库水体中的硅藻分布中共占10.31%,这两个物种的出现说明团泊洼水库的水体开始向富营养化状态转变。Basing on principal component analysis, this article evaluated the water quality of Tuanpowa reser- voir and Qilihai marshes in Tianjin area. The results showed that the water quality of Tuanpowa reservoir and Qilihai marshesthe was in Grade IV and high nutrition level. According to the indicative role of diatom assem- blages, the eutrophic state of water body in Tuanpowa reservoir was analyzed. The main diatom species were Cyclotella distinguenda(39.51% ) and Synedra nana(30.07% ) in Tuanpowa reservoir. The CycloteUa distinguen- da was generally survived in a environment with higher salt concentration. The Cyclotella distinguenda and Synedra nana were abundant in Tuanpowa reservoir, which showed that Tuanpowa reservoir is a coastal saline reservoir with extremely high ion content. The Synedra nana is survived in better transparency reservoirs, and its abundance in Tuanbowa reservoir indicated that transparency of the waters was better and water pollution was not very serious. However, the contents of Cyclotella atomus and Cyclotella meneghiniana had reached up to 10.3 ! %, it indicated the water in Tuanpowa reservoir was shifting towards eutrophication.
