摘 要:为了研究印染污泥热解和燃烧的特性,利用差热-热重分析实验,对印染污泥的热解与燃烧特性进行了热重研究,并考察了升温速率对热解和燃烧过程的影响,获得如下结果:印染污泥热解和燃烧的失重过程,都可分成四个阶段,但它们在250℃以后的失重特点有所不同:燃烧过程第三阶段存在较明显的固定碳燃烧,且由于前一阶段挥发分燃烧放热的作用,使部分失重提前;升温速率越高,会导致污泥的内外温差增大,从而使热解与燃烧过程中失重峰滞后.因此,印染污泥热解和燃烧过程的热重特性是彼此关联和有所不同的,对印染污泥的处置有重要影响.The way of TC-DTG analysis and therm analysis (DTA) was used to study the characteristics of the pyrolysis and combustion of dyeing sludge, and have an inspect on the effect of temperature speed on them. The results obtained are as following: both pyrolysis and combustion of dyeing sludge had four degradation stages, where there were some different characteristics between them after 250 ℃: the third stage during combustion had the distinct combustion of fixed carbon, and a part of weight loss was brought forward as the combustion of volatile matters during the last stage; simultaneously, the faster temperature speed was, the bigger the range temperature inside and outside of dyeing sludge was. Therefore it made the agravic peaks of them have a bit hysteresis. The characteristics of pyrolysis and combustion were related to each other, but different,and had a great impact on the methods of dyeing sludge.
