摘  要:目的探讨临床上对于24 h尿钙检测时尿液标本的最佳保存方法。方法收集22名志愿者的随机即时尿,标本分别进行不同处理方法:不加保存剂、加6 mol/L盐酸、加99%甲苯、加0.01 g麝香草酚,再分为常温与4℃两种保存温度,然后分3个时间段进行检测(即时、保存24 h及48 h),初步比较不同温度、不同的保存时间及不同保存剂对24 h尿钙的影响。结果在常温和4℃条件下,各种保存剂对尿钙离子的测定均无显著性差异。结论虽然各种保存尿液方法无显著性差异,但考虑患者需多次打开容器盖子留尿,我们建议使用甲苯常温保存24 h尿。Objective To investigate the best preservation method for urine sample on measured 24 h urine calcium. Methods The spot urine samples were collected from 22 volunteers. Samples preserved with different temperatures (room temperature or 4 %), duration (0 h, 24 h, 48 h after collected) and preservatives (none, 6 mol/L HCL, 99% toluene, thymol). Then, we measured all samples of urine calcium by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results There was no significant difference of calcium among urine preserved in conditions of different temperatures, duration and preservatives. Conclusions Despite no significant difference of calcium, we suggest that 24-hour urine samples be preserved with toluene at room temperature due to the possible bacterial contaminated urine samples when patients opening the container cover repeatedly.
