摘 要:目前出租车呼叫调度系统大多依赖于人工调度中心第三方平台,由于需乘客、话务员、出租车司机三方交互,调度效率往往较低,不能及时解决乘客便捷快速的乘车需求。为此,提出一种基于ZigBee技术的自组网出租车调度系统。系统包含车载响应子系统、站牌预约点子系统和信号中继装置,乘客通过系统和进入自组网内的司机直接交流,无需经过调度中心等第三方平台,实现了出租车的"自助式"调度,即直接交互、快速响应,又节省乘客使用第三方平台的费用。系统采用的RFID刷卡预付约定金等措施,可有效解决乘客和出租车司机在预约出租车期间出现的爽约行为。Taxi call scheduling systems mostly depends on the artificial scheduling center platform at present. Passengers' fast and convenient traveling needs can' t be solved in time because of the low scheduling efficien- cy, which is caused by the interaction among passenger, the operator and taxi driver. Therefore, an Ad-hoc net- work taxi scheduling system based on ZigBee technology is proposed, which is not dependent on the scheduling center. The system has three parts, a response subsystem in side taxi, a taxi-booking subsystem on the roadside and signal relay device. Passenger and taxi driver who is in the Ad-hoc network communicates directly, which does not need the dispatch center and other third-party platforms. The system realizes "self-help" scheduling that means interact directly and response quickly, which saves passengers' consume of use the third-party plat- forms. The system uses some measures like RFID card prepaying to keep an appointment behavior of passen- gers and taxi drivers during booking taxi.
