摘  要:目的研究海洋来源真菌草酸青霉(Penicillium oxalicum)的次级代谢产物。方法采用重结晶、硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、开放ODS柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化;根据理化性质及光谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为N-acetyl-hydrazinobenzoic acid(1)、N-[2-cis-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethenyl]formamide(2)、p-hydroxyphenylacetamide(3)、penipanoid A(4)、penipanoid C(5)、2-(4-hydroxybenzyl)quinazolin-4(3H)-one(6)、oxaline(7)、meleagrin(8)、(3R,4R)-3,4,8-trihydroxy-3,4-dihydro-1(2H)-naphthalenone(9)和(3R,4R)-3,4,6,8-tetrahydroxy-3,4-dihydro-1(2H)-naphthalenone(10)。结论化合物1为新天然产物,化合物9、10为首次从青霉属真菌中分离得到。Objective To study the secondary metabolites from a marine-derived fungus Penicillium oxali- cum. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by recrystallization, silica gel, Sephadex LH- 20, and ODS column chromatography, and their chemical structures were elucidated by their physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Ten compounds were obtained and identified as N-acetyl-hydrazino- benzoic acid ( 1 ), N- [ 2-cis- ( 4 -hydroxyphenyl ) ethenyl ] formamide ( 2 ), p -hydroxyphenylacetamide ( 3 ), penipanoid A ( 4 ), penipanoid C ( 5 ), 2- ( 4-hydroxybenzyl ) quinazolin-4 ( 3 H) -one ( 6 ), oxaline ( 7 ), meleagrin (8), (3R, 4R ) -3,4,8-trihydroxy-3,4-dihydro-1 (2H) -naphthalenone ( 9 ), and ( 3R, 4R ) -3,4,6,8-tetra- hydroxy-3,4-dihydro-1 (2H)-naphthalenone (10). Conclusions Compound 1 is a new natural product, and compounds 9-10 are isolated from Penicillium genus for the first time.
