摘　　要：在高职教育的课程开发中,专业基础课程如何实现职业能力培养要求一直是困扰高职教师的一个难题。当前,高职经管类专业经济法课程职业能力培养存在诸多问题,应从课程培养目标、课程内容的选取、授课教师的职业经历及教师的授课方法和手段等四个方面来实现高职经管类专业经济法课程的职业能力培养。How to realize vocational ability cultivation of professional foundation courses in the curriculum de- velopment has always been a challenge for teachers in higher vocational colleges and many problems exist at pres- ent. The paper tries to realize the economic law curriculum professional ability cultivation of economy and manage- ment major from the aspects of curriculum training objectives, curriculum content selection, professional experience of teachin~ staff and teachin~ methods of teachers.
