摘 要:目的:研究川芎挥发油经大鼠鼻腔给药后在体内和脑组织中的药动学特性,并评价其脑靶向性。方法:大鼠尾静脉注射或经鼻腔给予川芎挥发油溶液,采用RP-HPLC法分别测定血浆及脑组织中藁本内酯的浓度。结果:川芎挥发油溶液鼻腔给药后,可快速进入血液和脑组织,其Tmax为0.18 h,脑靶向性指数为1.16。结论:川芎挥发油溶液鼻腔给药具有一定的脑靶向性,是一种值得推荐及研究的给药途径。Objective: To investigate the pharmacokinetics of Chuanxiong rhizome volatile oil in rat blood and brain tissue, and to evaluate its brain targeting after intranasal administration. Method: Intravenous administration or intranasal administration of Chuanxiong rhizome volatile oil solution was given to rats. The concentrations of ligu- stilide in the plasma and brain tissue of rats were determined by RP - HPLC respectively. Results: The ligustilide from the nasal cavity was rapidly absorbed into blood and brain. Tm^x was 0.18h and the brain targeting index was 1.16. Conclusion: Intranasal administration can improve the brain targeting of Chuanxiong rhizome volatile oil and it is valuable to be further studied as a new route of medication.
