摘 要:含铅弛豫铁电材料中焦绿石相的存在是影响材料性能的重要因素,也是制造工艺中遇到的难题之一。本文以Pb(Zn_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_3(PZN)及Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb(2/3))O_2(PMN)为例证实了非化学配比有序畴的形成会促进焦绿石相的生成,二者存在着密切关系。对PZN、PMN材料的钙钛矿结构的稳定性提出了新看法。这一结果可很好解释在PZN及PMN研究中出现的一些实验现象,对工艺控制也有指导意义。The existence of pyrochlore phase in Pb-based relaxor ferroelectrics is an important factor to affect the properties of the materials and is one of the most difficult problems to be solved in the technology processes. The studies of PZN-Pb(Zn_(1,3)Nb_(2,3))O_3and PMN-Pb(Mg_(1,3)Nb_(2,3))O_3 verify that the formation of nonstoichiometry ordered domains will facillitate the formation of pyrochlore phase. A new concept for the stability of perovskite structure of PZN and PMN was proposed. This concept can explain the phenomena occurred in some researches of these materials and is a guidance to the processing control.
