摘  要:为了提高齿轮减速增扭直流电机用电刷的换向性能和使用寿命,采用炭黑基电化石墨电刷及镶嵌银柱的方法进行试验研究.经不同牌号、不同配方、不同工艺的电化石墨电刷镶嵌相同处于号、配方、工艺的银柱,及相同牌号、配方工艺的电化石墨电刷镶嵌不同牌号银柱,在实际电机上作换向、寿命试验,结果采用炭黑基加隐晶石墨的电化石墨电刷镶嵌3号银柱(有添加剂)的电刷火花等级最低,寿命最长.In order to improve the gear reduction increasing torsion brush D.C.motor commutation performance and service life,the method of silver inlaid silver column used carbon black base electrochemical graphite brush was studied in this paper.Electrochemical graphite brushes prepared by different types,different prescriptions,different process parameters and inlay silver set with the same number in the formulation process of silver columns,and the same brand formula process were investigated in the practical motor by reversing and life test.The results show that 3 number silver column (additive) brush spark using carbon black base graphite brush with and by electrochemical stability is the lowest grade and the longest lives.
