中药灌肠联合口服益肾通络中药治疗早中期慢性肾功能衰竭的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察中药清热解毒灌肠联合益肾通络中药口服治疗中早期慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。[方法]将88例中早期肾功能衰竭患者随机分组,分别为单纯中药灌肠治疗组,单纯口服口服益肾通络中药治疗组,中药灌肠联合益肾通络中药口服治疗组及静点肾康注射液对照组,观察临床症状及体征、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、肌酐清除率(Ccr)及24 h尿蛋白定量(24 hUpro)的影响。[结果]中药灌肠联合益肾通络中药口服治疗组血SCr、BUN治疗后较治疗前下降显著(P<0.01),Ccr治疗后较治疗前上升显著(P<0.01)。[结论]口服益肾通络中药联合中药灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭有效。[Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of enema with heat-clearing and detoxifying herbs combined with oral Yishen Tongluo treatment on chronic renal failure in middle or early stage. [Methods] The 88 patients with middle or early renal failure were randomly assigned to treatment group with pure Chinese herbal enema, treatment group with pure oral Yishen Tongluo, group treated by oral Yishen Tongluo combined with Chinese herbal enema and group with Shenkang injection at static point. We observed the clinical symptoms and signs, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, ereatinine clearance rate and the effect of urinary protein for 24 hour. [Results] The scr, BUN in the treatment group after treatment with Chinese herb enema combined with oral Yishen Tongluo, a traditional Chinese medicine were decreased significantly compared than that before treatment （P〈O.O1）. The Ccr was significantly increased after treatment than that before treatment（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] The treatment of oral Yishen Tongluo combined with Chinese herb enema was effective in treating chronic renal failure.
