摘　　要：该文从图书馆知识转移、个性化服务的概念入手,分析了知识转移对个性化服务的影响,最终提出了图书馆知识转移机制下县级图书馆个性化服务构建的策略。the concept of transfer,from the knowledge of library personalized service,analyses the influence on the personalized service of knowledge transfer,and puts forward the library individualized service of library knowledge transfer mechanism of the strategy.
