摘　　要：社会资本举办非营利性医疗机构,特别是综合性医院,在我国的设立和发展仍因受到诸多因素的制约而步履维艰。通过对法律政策、卫生监管、服务价格和医疗保险因素的实例分析和理论探讨,为进一步研究社会资本举办非营利性医疗机构的政策建议提供依据。The establishment and development of private non-profit medical institutions, especially comprehensive hospitals, face difficulties in sustainable development and far behind the public hospitals. The policies and regulations, the service prices and the medical insurance are analyzed and explored to provide reference for political suggestions for social capital investment on non-profit health institutions research.
