摘　　要：目的:观察芪连抑糖颗粒治疗糖耐量异常的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将60例糖耐量异常患者随机分为两组,对照组单纯进行饮食、运动治疗,治疗组在饮食、运动治疗的基础上联合芪连抑糖颗粒治疗。治疗1年后,复查75g葡萄糖负荷后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白,观察相关数值的变化。结果:治疗组、对照组中75 g葡萄糖负荷后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均较前下降,其中治疗组与对照组相比较有显著性差异。结论:芪连抑糖颗粒治疗糖耐量异常效果理想,安全性高。Objective To determine the curative effect and security of Qilian anti sugar granules on the treatment for impairedQilian anti sugar granules glucose tolerance （IGT）. Methods 60 palients with IGT were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was only treated by diet and exercise therapy, file treatment group was treated by Qilian anti sugar granules based on diet and exercise therapyQilian anti sugar granules. The blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in 2 hours after review of 75g glucose load were rechecked in two groups, and the changes of above indexes were observed. Results The blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglo- bin in 2 hours after 75g glucose load of the two groups were all decreased. The changes of two indexes of the treatment group were significantly different than those of the control group （P〈 0.005）. Conclusion The curative effect of Qilian anti sugar granules for IGT is ideal and with high security The Qilian anti sugar granules is high ideal and safety.
