摘　　要：目的探讨县级疾控机构卫生应急培训评估的途径和方法。方法借鉴Kirkpatrick培训评估模型开展县级疾控机构卫生应急培训效果评估。结果按照Kirkpatrick培训评估模型,建立评价指标。从反应层、学习层、行为层和结果层全面反映歙县疾控中心卫生应急培训效果。结论 Kirkpatrick评估模型能有效指导县级疾控机构的培训评估工作。Objective To investigate the approaches and methods of evaluation of heath emergency training in the coun CDC. Methods Use the Kirkpatriek training evaluation model to evaluate the heath emergency training in our coun. Results Establish the evaluation index according to the Kirkpatrick training evaluation model, and fully reflect the health emergen- cy training effect in our city from the reaction layer, learning layer and behavior layers. Condusion Kirkpatrick evaluation model can effectively guide the training evaluation work in the county CDC.
