芒果实生苗和亲本枝叶颜色动态变化关系的研究

摘　　要：以97-1实生苗和疑是父本紫花芒、四川红芒为试验材料,利用颜色指数和目测相结合的方法将芒果枝、叶颜色分级,鉴定97-1实生苗父本。结果表明:97-1实生苗枝条和叶片颜色指数更接近四川红芒枝条、叶片颜色指数。推断实生苗的父本是四川红芒。Taking seedling No.97-1, Zihua and Sichuanhong of mango cultivars as experimental materials, the experiment was carried out to identify the male parent of seedling No.97-1 by color grading of shoots and leaves with color index analysis and visual inspection. The results showed that the color index of shoots and leaves of seedling No.97-1 was closer to that of the Sichuanhong. Ac- cording to this, Sichuanhong is speculated to be the male parent of seedling No.97-1.
