摘  要:为满足高温粗煤气净化和高效利用的要求,封闭矿热炉在铁合金冶炼过程中产生的高温含尘粗煤气必须经过净化除尘后才能被后续利用,现有净化除尘方式还没有达到此项要求。以50万t/a铬铁合金化工冶金一体化项目为例进行工程化研究,用新型FeAl金属间化合物非对称膜滤芯为核心过滤元件,设计了30 MVA铬铁合金电炉粗煤气高温高精度(YT)过滤系统,工程应用结果表明采用YT过滤系统是完全可行的。In order to meet the demand of purification of high temperature rude gas and efficient use, the raw gas from ferrochromium closed submerged arc furnace can be used only after it was purified. The current methods can't fulfill the requirement of high-temperature raw gas's purification and effective utilization. This engineering research was based on chemical-metallurgy integration project of 500 000 tons ferrochromium per year. The high-temperature and high-precision gas filtering system (YT) of 30 MVA ferrochromium closed submerged arc furnace was designed by using the asymmetric membrane fiher of new type FeAI IMC as core filter element. The result of engineering application shows that the YT filtering system works well.
